This is used for an ambient entity which OnTimerCallback targets a random .PLC from a predetermined list and fires the ability. It will always succeed when cast. It should warn the player of impending damage to the area during the channel, then fire an AOE at the .PLC for the impact. ABILITY IS ONLY CALLED BY HYDRA - NOT INTENDED FOR ABILITY PACKAGE.
