Artillery Blitz

Calls down artillery strikes while unleashing plasma blasts that deal <<1>> kinetic damage and <<2>> elemental damage to up to 8 enemies in the targeted area while depleting 30 energy cells over the duration of the channel. Standard and weak targets are knocked down by the blasts. Can be used while moving.
