• When character deals damage with tags tag.abl.jedi_consular.shifted_balance_damage_check and tag.abl.jedi_consular.force_in_balance with result Ok or Crit or Glance that does not get redirected

Override target to:

• Trigger Target

Perform the following actions:

• Add effect #2 to TARGET from CASTER

• When character takes damage that does not get redirected from tag tag.abl.jedi_consular.periodic_damage without tags tag.abl.jedi_consular.sever_force_dd

Perform the following actions:

• Modify Charges
  - Tag = (string)
  - Ability Spec = 0
  - Amount Max = (float) -1
  - Amount Min = (float) -1
  - Amount Percent = (float) 0

• When stacks of this effect decrease

Override target to:

• Caster

Only when the following conditions are met:

• If CASTER has the talent
  Mind's Eye

  Each time a charge of your Force Suppression is consumed, you gain 2 Force.

  • If CASTER has the ablity

    Charges of Force Suppression heal the caster for 1% of their health when they are consumed. This effect can occur once every 3 seconds.

Only when the following conditions are met:

  When a charge of Force Suppression would be consumed there is a 50% chance for a Force Suppression charge to not be consumed.

Only when the following conditions are met:

• If CASTER has the ablity
  Shatter Connection

  Dealing damage with Sever Force shatters the connection to the Force of the target, consuming two stacks of Force Suppression and dealing increased damage.
