Lobs a volatile ion grenade, scrambling all enemy weapons within 6m of the target for 6 seconds. Strong, Standard, and Weak enemies are stunned for the duration. Elite and Champion targets are interrupted and deal reduced damage for the duration. Activating this ability will put it on cooldown for your entire group.
