Admiral Barus Rava
Born into a military family, Rava was provided with the best education and training to ready him for a long and honoured career. A failure of Republic intelligence resulted in his platoon's capture on their initial deployment and he and his fellow soldiers spent 14 months as prisoners of the Empire. In additional to sporting several scars from his incarceration, his initial optimism for negotiation with the Republic's enemies was destroyed. He is now focused on removing the Empire from the galaxy and has often come into conflict with Republic leaders on how this should be accomplished making him an unpopular figure in diplomatic circles. While few publicly support the Admiral and his controversial ways, even fewer would turn to anyone else in times of trouble when decisive action is needed.

Colonel Wen Gallo
Founding member and current field leader of the Manaan Special Warfare Group (MSWG). Gallo distinguished herself early in her service career during the Battle of Gwaria Trench by refusing to retreat after her company suffered significant losses to kolto raiders. Marshaling the remaining soldiers, her group slowed the enemy advance with guerilla tactics until a proper response could be mustered. The incident would later be cited as the final push needed to form the MSWG. Gallo is known across Manaan as a hero, loyalist, and an uncompromising advocate of her people. Far from a diplomat, her time as leader of the MSWG has only hardened her suspicions towards offworlders and has resulted in the occasional interplanetary incident due to her candor. Gallo has refused several promotions, preferring to remain in the field to personally oversee operations.

Colonel Korrd
Born shortly before the Battle of Korriban and the dawn of the Great Galactic War, Seeral Korrd seemed destined for a life of military achievement. Admittance to the most prestigious Imperial military academies and access to elite training was all but guaranteed, as both of Korrd's parents were high-ranking and well-respected officers in the Imperial Navy and came from wealthy, prominent families.
Although Korrd was not present, the Battle of Hoth was a turning point in his career. His older brother, Harkas, was killed during the conflict, and the thought of his brother suffering over the icy, desolate world--far from any resources or assets that might have saved him--was devastating to Korrd. He immediately requested a transfer out of his specialized combat program and asked to be sent somewhere he could learn about coordinating and directing supplies. Due to his age and his family's reputation, Korrd was sent to a quiet Imperial outpost on Dromund Kaas.
At the reconquest of Ord Radama, Korrd saw firsthand the cost of running an extensive, aggressive campaign with limited provisions and vowed to find ways to keep soldiers from fighting in such conditions. This dedication has earned him no shortage of recognition throughout the Imperial Army, but Korrd's pretension, stubbornness, and tendency to expect too much keeps his colleagues and subordinates at more than a professional distance.Category: Persons of Note

Darth Norok
"Enough, Navu. I did not wish to join you on Korriban the first ten times you begged me to do so, and what little interest I originally possessed quickly diminishes each time I receive one of your spineless attempts at persuasion.
While you toil away, training up little brats who will never be fit to even clean my quarters, I will rise to greatness. My skill with a lightsaber has earned me honor and notoriety--I relish spilling the blood of my enemies... but this will not secure me a seat on the Dark Council.
Wars cannot be won without provisions. Even the mightiest of Sith fall if their armies cannot be fed. The flow of resources, the stream of credits... whoever controls these, directs the course of the Empire. My place in Civil Administration all but guarantees a future where the Empire's will... is my will.
This is the last time I entertain your aggravating persistence. I have yet to silence you permanently because I understand the appeal of my prowess. However, ask this of me again, and I will give you a personal demonstration of why my expertise in brutality is so highly coveted."

Major Cadmael Benthos Dosk
"...the events of that day were never examined with a critical eye, and indeed, the results of any internal investigation into the dormitory fire were never made available to the public. The Dosk family, which had made its fortune in droid manufacturing, made a generous donation to the school, and its scion, young Cadmael, was whisked away to begin private study away from the distractions of campus life and the unwelcome chaos of his fellow students. Thus, surrounded by his family's best automated tutors, did the young man find the ideal environment he so desperately needed to pursue his dream of joining the Imperial ranks."
