Targets stunned by your Electrocute suffer Sapped Strength when Electrocute wears off, which reduces all damage dealt by 25% for 10 seconds.
When damage breaks your Mind Trap prematurely, the target will suffer from a Sapped Mind, reducing the damage they deal by 25% for 10 seconds.
