Increases the damage dealt by Quick Shot by 15% and your weapon damage by 20%. In addition, the area damage dealt by Thermal Grenade has been increased by 50%, and Thermal Grenade now deals its area damage to any nearby enemy targets, even if those targets are stronger than weak or standard.
