This placeable is used as a placeholder to fire the conversation containing the cinematic where the Corellia Trooper's hijacked walker stands up and begins walking.
The Trooper runs into the back of the commandeered walker, setting off a hydra trigger that causes this placeable to fire the conversation containing the cinematic.
This is intended somewhat as a placeholder. It is unclear at this point exactly how the walker will be handled (i.e. world art, placeable, or mob?), and there are no other entities to which to anchor the cinematic which are guaranteed to be spawned.
