Dynamic object that serves as an oxygen filter. Has multiple states: Base, Venting Gas (cable unconnected), Connected To Wall, Connected To Wall Overloading (sparks, electrical overload). State 'Venting Gas' is controlled by the action for the 'Dynamic Tertiary Power Junction' controller script, state for 'Connected to Wall' is controlled by the unit. If one state is already true when another is used this will trigger the Overloaded state.
