Damage Percent On Spawn Static Template
FUNCTION: Damages an NPC for a fixed percentage of damage on spawn in. If you would like a random range, use the Dpos_Random_template.
To change the value on a cloned version of this, change the amount percent to a value between .01 and .99. The default template value is 25% (0.25).
