Using this item on the specified mob will stun/damage it. This ability assumes the player is going to engage in combat with the mob, and will make the mob un-stunnable again until it leaves combat. (The hidden buff is re-applied on combat exit via hydra) Quest credit is given to the player upon killing the stunned mob.This is the base ability, and needs to be further modified with its own appearance package.
