Mass Distortion

Creates a mass distortion around your target for 10 seconds, forcibly dismounting the target, hindering it, and reducing its movement speed by 50%. Targets attempting to move while the distortion is active take rapidly increasing internal damage every 0.3 seconds until they stop.
Damage ticks start at <<1>>, and increase up to a maximum of triple that value (after 3.0s of movement).

Only usable on players.
