Your basic attack does 10% more damage and your companions are given a Reinforcement Boost whenever you use an adrenal, giving them a bonus to damage and healing done. In addition, grants a small chance of summoning a powerful attack from your Guild Ship that decimates your enemies whenever you deal or take damage. This effect is not applied in PvP or Master Mode Operations.
