Activates the Verdier Luxline, increasing movement speed based on the rank of your Speeder Piloting skill.
Turbo modified engines improve the base movement speed from 90% to 110% without requiring knowledge of Improved Speeder Piloting I-III. Movement speed is further increased based on the rank of your Speeder Piloting skill past Improved Speeder Piloting III.
