Once one of the Sith Empire's great powers, Darth Malgus has become a topic of widespread debate and investigation: from his improbable survival after his attempted coup during the battle of Ilum, to his near-impossible escape from the Dark Council's mind control, to his zealous obsession with the work of Darth Nul--a Jedi turned Sith who sought to eradicate both's influence from the galaxy.
This preoccupation spelled the end for Malgus's freedom; he was cornered by his enemies outside of Nul's temple on the planet Elom, captured, and swiftly locked away in a high-security prison. But when his former ally, Shae Vizla, suspected that her rival was connected to Malgus's interests, she abdicated her title of Mandalore to break him out of captivity. Now, Malgus once again pursues Darth Nul's ultimate goal: a galaxy free of the Jedi and Sith's corruptions.
