Sends a wave of telekinetic energy that deals <<1>> kinetic damage to up to a single target. Additionally, Power of the Force immobilizes all affected targets for 0.5 seconds and slows all affected targets by 50% for 6 seconds. Additionally, Power of the Force overwhelms its targets for 45 seconds. Overwhelmed targets take an additional 10% damage from area attacks.
