Steal

Able to Steal single Power Cores from Factory Remote targets. Stealing from targets will refresh the Steal ability. Stealing from targets that are using Throw will disable their abilities for 6 seconds. Using Steal against targets using Shield will cause a systems overload stunning you for 2.5 seconds.
