Reduces armor of a stronghold or ship Operations Training Dummy by 20%, increases the damage it takes from Melee, Ranged, Force, and Tech attacks by 5%, increases the damage it takes from Internal and Elemental attacks by 7%, and increases the damage it takes from Area of Effect attacks by 10%. Using a second time removes the effect.
