Kodom

As a seasoned warrior who left the battlefield in favor of politics, Kodom has seen every side of the Gormak-Voss conflict. His outspoken views on ending the generational bloodshed between his people and the Voss have made him a divisive figure within Gormak society.

A Voss bombardment of his village took much of Kodom's family and pushed him to the front lines, but despite this, he is famous for saying to both Gormak and Voss detractors: "I have not suffered any more or any less than you, but I see those I have lost not as a source of revenge, but as a reminder of why the future must be one of peace."

Kodom's selection as a representative of the Shrine Restoration Initiative incurred the wrath of hard-liners who insisted that, by even considering the position, he was capitulating to his "Voss masters" and betraying his people. Despite these challenges, Kodom's reputation as a firm, fair, and articulate voice of the Gormak people--as well as his practical and reasoned leadership--has succeeded in quieting the louder voices of his opposition.
