Hot Pursuit
You gain 4 charges of Hot Pursuit upon exiting cover, which allow Charged Burst and Dirty Blast to be activated while moving. This effect lasts for 15 seconds or until all 4 charges are consumed, but reentering cover removes the effect prematurely. Hot Pursuit cannot be gained more than once every 20 seconds.
