Increases the damage dealt by Snipe, Lethal Shot, Cull, and Corrosive Grenade by 3% and reduces the energy cost of Series of Shots by 1 per second. Additionally, when Corrosive Grenade and Corrosive Dart end they are replaced by a lingering version for 5 seconds that will only deal damage when Cull deals damage.
