Energy Blast

Fires a shot that consumes all Power Screens to deal <<1>> elemental damage to the primary target and up to 3 additional targets within 5 meters. Energy Blast regenerates 10 energy cells and increases shield absorption by 25% for <<2>> seconds. This ability is only usable with 3 Power Screens, generates 25% additional threat, and does not respect the global cooldown.
