Elemental attacks deal 5% more damage to bleeding targets, and periodic effects deal 30% more damage to targets below 30% max health. In addition, once every 10 seconds, gaining a stack of Supercharge grants Relentless Assault, increasing your critical chance by 10% for <<1>> seconds.
