Disruptor Rifle
Fires a shot that consumes all Power Screens to deal <<1>> elemental damage, and increase shield absorption by 25% for <<2>> seconds. This ability is only usable with 3 Power Screens, generates 25% additional threat, and does not respect the global cooldown. In addition it grants 3% shield chance and reduces the cooldown of Neural Jolt by 3 seconds.
